SW, Suite 211, Roanoke, inside the Sentinel Office Park, between Q Nails and Capt. Party.
Please enter through the glass door, take the elevator to the second floor, and you'll find Cultivate Hair Co as the first door directly to the right.
Policies
To ensure the best possible service for all clients, we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of the booked appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late will require your appointment to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show unless we receive prior notice. For appointments lasting less than 30 minutes, arriving 5 minutes late will also result in a no-show designation, necessitating rescheduling. Please note that no-show appointments will incur a 100% charge to the card on file prior to rescheduling.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your service, please reach out to Mackenzie Layne within 24 hours of your appointment. Complimentary redo services can be scheduled within two weeks of the original service date, provided that the request is made due to unmet expectations regarding the work performed. However, if the issue arises from not following proper aftercare instructions, a complimentary redo will not be offered. Furthermore, adjustments must align with our original consultation. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or are requested more than 24 hours post appointment, will require full payment. Additionally, if a client changes their mind about the service after the appointment, full payment will be due as this is not at fault of the stylist. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We pride ourselves on our high standards and customer satisfaction, please understand that all sales are final.

At Cultivate Hair Co., we love our little ones! However, to maintain a calm, safe, and relaxing environment for all of our guests, we kindly ask that children only accompany you to the salon if they have a scheduled appointment. We understand that life happens! If an emergency or unexpected situation arises and you need to bring your child to your appointment, please reach out to your stylist ahead of time. We'll do our best to accommodate you, or we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the best experience for everyone.
