The xo weft hair extension method is a revolutionary technique that offers seamless volume and length without the need for glue, sewing, or heat. Each weft is securely and gently anchored to your hair using tiny micro-links, ensuring a comfortable fit that lasts. To keep your extensions looking fresh and healthy, it's essential to maintain them properly. We recommend booking a maintenance appointment every 4-8 weeks to ensure that your extensions stay securely in place and continue to blend well with your natural hair. During these sessions, we'll reapply and adjust the extensions as needed, so they stay in top shape.

Please note that the cost of the extensions themselves is separate from the application fee. Pricing for hair varies based on length and thickness, and we will discuss your specific needs during your consultation. The application fee covers the time and skill required to seamlessly install the extensions.

Before booking your application appointment, we require a consultation to ensure we select the perfect color and length for your extensions. This step is crucial for matching the extensions to your hair and ordering the right product. The consultation allows us to tailor the experience to your specific hair goals and ensure the best outcome. Once hair is decided upon we will send you an invoice to pay for the hair before your application.

I understand that once my hair extension service is complete, the style is considered final. If I choose to make any changes afterward, there may be an additional charge. I acknowledge that hair extensions are more delicate than natural, unprocessed hair and require special care. I’ve been informed about how to properly maintain them on a daily basis, and I’ll do my best to follow those guidelines to keep my extensions looking their best.

I know that brushing too roughly or pulling on the extensions can cause damage or even pull them from the roots, and I take full responsibility for handling them with care. I’ve approved the hair extensions being installed, and understand that if I later decide not to keep them, I’m still responsible for the cost of the service provided.

I agree not to attempt to remove the extensions myself at home and I understand that with proper care, the extension install should last between 4 to 8 weeks until I need them reinstalled. I understand with proper care the hair extensions themselves should last for up to 9 months. I understand that my hair extensions cannot be lightened in color. If I have any sensitivities or allergies, I understand that my stylist and salon are not responsible for any unexpected reactions. I understand that the hair I have purchased is final sale and have agreed on the custom color of the hair.

I’ve read and understood everything outlined here, and by signing below, I confirm that I’m comfortable with the process and release my stylist and salon from any liability related to this service.
